Thelma Stich founded her tutoring business in 2007 after completing 32 years of a successful professional nursing career and 10 years in nursing education. Responsible for the day to day operations, she oversees the billing, advertising, website content, recruitment, and retention of students, as well as designing the curriculum for each individual student and conducting all online tutoring services.
"When I left my last position in academe and was unable to find another position, I decided to start my own online tutoring business to fill a void that I believed was needed," Dr. Stich said.
Hoping to be able to make her business more and more successful with time, Dr. Stich is excited about her future years tutoring student nurses across the country.
Dr. Stich holds a BSN from Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing, a Master's in Nursing Education form Wagner College, and a PhD in Nursing Research from Rutgers University. She is a certified diabetes educator through the American Association of Diabetes Educators and is a registered nurse auditor through American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses and the National Association of Professional Women.
