Rob Mustachi began his career in the pharmaceutical industry 33 years ago working for Bausch & Lomb. Reaching the assistant national sales director level after 11 years, Mr. Mustachi was able to gain the skills in sales and sales management necessary to move forward in his career.
Now working as director of sales and marketing for Ebeco, Inc., a uniform clothing manufacturing company, Mr. Mustachi is responsible for the sales and marketing activities for the company, handles profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, hiring and training of all sales and marketing personnel, and overseeing all 20 current sales and marketing personnel and their continued success.
"My expertise is business, relationship building, employee retention, and creating a positive work environment and culture," Mr. Mustachi said. Inspired greatly by his father who taught him the value of hard work, Mr. Mustachi hopes to continue coaching and developing young talent, because they are the coaches of tomorrow.
Mr. Mustachi is a member of Major Cities Chiefs Association and the National Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors. He was named Sales Manager of the Year six times, Partner of the Year by a large customer group, and was awarded with a Most Creative Marketing Campaign award in 2005.
