    Brown, who holds an AAS in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in Art History from Hollins College (now Hollins University), has entrepreneurship experience spanning thirty years.

    As owner of her organization, Brown serves as facilitator/coordinator, advocating for diverse families settings inclusion of foster care and adoption parents. Her mission is to create partnerships that enhance the needs of people. She works diligently to strengthen, duplicate, and multiply positive outcomes for the preservation of families and extended families and has forty-three years experience in the field.

    "I have a heart for humanity and drive to feed God's orphan, widowed, and needy," Brown said about her plight to see those less fortunate thrive in leadership.

    Having past experience as a former first elected president for the Department of Social Service's local foster and adoption resource parents in Baltimore, Maryland, Brown's experience has enabled her the opportunity to work with legislative law and policies and procedures as an advocate for resource parents foster children in the system, ultimately inspiring her to continue onward in her business ventures.

    Brown is the former president of the Baltimore City Resource Parent Council. She has written and published numerous poetry pieces, has been featured in numerous magazines, served as editor for the book "I Will Turn Captivity, Book and Devotional Journal" in 2011, was a contributor to "Bio on Herbert Coursen", was a contributing author for the Hollins University's Horizon Newsletter, and is currently working on her first book. Brown is also the recipient of an Appreciation Award from MothaEagle Ministries.
