Specializing in designing, creating, and selling custom jewelry and crafts at fairs and tradeshows, Kathryn M. Catania has been involved in the business in the form of a hobby since she was young. Recently graduating from Salem State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in 2014, Ms. Catania is now dedicating her time to her artwork by not setting any limitations on herself and by working diligently to create one-of-a-kind pieces for customers.
"I sell my jewelry and I like the feeling of knowing that someone likes what I created," Ms. Catania said. "On rainy days, when I am bored and do not feel like tending to my chores, my creations tend to overtake my workspace. I fell into this life and I enjoy what has come of it so far."
Hoping to someday open up her own storefront where she can sell her jewelry and other original artwork, Ms. Catania aspires to "be known and not forgotten" for her work. She hopes to spread the word not only in her small town of Canton, Massachusetts, but also in the greater Boston area and beyond for her talents. She is very eager and excited for the future of her business.
