Ilya Uster graduated from Art School in Kiev, Ukraine in 1975 and began working as a restoration craftsman. In 1991, he started working in the Chicago area as an expert in all kinds of restoration projects.

He works hard to communicate effectively with each client to discuss projects in detail, provide free estimates, take suggestions, and transform their furniture from drab to dynamic, from shabby to sophisticated, and from faded to fresh. Possessing quality sales and negotiating skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with his customers, Uster has found success in running his own business. He successfully completed large art restoration, furniture repair, and refinishing projects for hotels, restaurants, schools, golf clubs, and condominiums within set deadlines.
