  • Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV (1888PressRelease) June 09, 2013 - Carol Richardson, Life Coach, Energy Therapist, and Hypnotherapist for Washington Institute of Natural Medicine, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Carol Richardson's commitment to excellence in Health and Wellness, Life Coaching, and Therapy.

Carol Richardson, who holds two Master's Degrees, one in Public Health from the University of Texas, and one in Divinity from Vanderbilt University, has been an ordained minister for the past nineteen years. She has been practicing energy healing professionally for nearly ten years, animal energy healing for twelve years, providing spiritual counseling and support throughout her years in ministry, and has been offering life coaching and hypnotherapy along with energy therapy at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine for the past two years.

In a form similar to Reiki, Ms. Richardson offers energy therapy, which feeds and balances the chakras, clears the aura, and restores the life force energy to heal a person emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically, and mentally. Offering hypnotherapy and life coaching, which is what she calls "Consciousness Coaching", she also teaches Light Worker Training classes and meditation classes so that individuals can find and develop their spiritual purposes in life.

"I believe that what enables me to help people the most is the ability to listen and discern people's real needs intuitively, as well as a deep understanding of healthy family systems and healthy styles of communication," Ms. Richardson explained. "In addition to having a natural gift for energy healing, I share wisdom from spiritual principles that have changed and improved myself and my life."

After losing her husband to a cerebral aneurysm as a twenty-eight-years old mother of two small children, Ms. Richardson was inspired to pursue ministry and later discovered Eastern wisdom through Raja Yoga and Kriya Yoga meditation. Her goal now is to develop an interfaith community which will draw people who seek to discover a deeper spirituality through service and devotion to the Light and Love within themselves and within all Life. She has recently established The Light Worker Training Institute to offer Light Worker Training Classes, along with energy healing, interfaith weddings, house cleansing, and blessing, and the Interfaith Light Circle Meditation group, which meets on Sunday evenings.

Ms. Richardson is the author of Exodus 2012: A Mission to Save the Earth, published in 2012. She hopes to publish an autobiography soon, as well as a book that will discuss her amazing experiences as a light worker.
