Brenda White Tyson has spent numerous years pursuing several degrees in her field, including an AAS in Office Systems Technology from Pitt Community College, a BS in Business Administration from Shaw University, and two Master's Degrees, one in Business Administration and one in Health Services Administration, both from Strayer University.

Currently juggling two careers, one as an administrative assistant with Teel's Enterprise and also as a certified nursing assistant with Home Life Care, Inc., both positions came after her decision to move back home to care for her elderly parents. "I've also always been one to take advantage of in-house, on-the-job training when possible."

With aspirations to continue climbing the corporate latter, Ms. Tyson's main focus is always on job security, the ability to add more and more expertise to her respected fields, and most importantly, finding and maintaining balance between life and work.

Ms. Tyson is currently a member with National Association of Professional Woman. She's also a recipient of numerous awards during her college years, as well as a Recognition Award through Graham Rudman Hollings Bill for Past Chairman Paul A.
