  • (1888PressRelease) November 11, 2010 - James Poynor has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Countrywide's Land & New Homes division, the UK's largest new homes agent.

    Countrywide Land & New Homes is part of Countrywide, the UK's largest estate agent, letting agent and property services Group, operating 46 different estate agency and lettings brands and 1,300 branches.

    Announcing James' appointment, Robert Scarff, managing director of Countrywide Estate Agents said;

    Having worked most recently as a sales director for Barratt Homes, one of the UK's most prominent housebuilders, James joins Countrywide with a successful and varied career, which began in retail with 9 years at Marks and Spencer, before becoming director of new build financial services at Mortgage Talk Limited.
