  • Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) April 24, 2019 - Corona Electric Beach, an iconic EDM-centric pop-up experience, celebrates the 8th year of its “Beats Meet the Beach” nationwide sponsorship of festival pioneers, including Electric Daisy Carnival and Spring Awakening Music Festival.

Corona Electric Beach is the first pop-up experience of its kind, bringing forth the ability to deliver the beach anywhere with over 80 tons of beach sand, palm trees and wood decor elements creating an authentic beach setting that brings the Corona experience to life. Corona Electric Beach provides an immersive experience amid the latest sounds in EDM performed by leading DJs within the EDM space, including: Kayzo, A-Trak, Claptone, Gorgon City, and many more.

“The Corona brand is your passport to a place where you can set aside your worries, be present in the moment, and enjoy life – and that very much matches the festival appeal consumers are gravitating to. We want guests to walk away and consistently associate Corona with a fun, premium experience,” said Corona Director of Brand Marketing Alex Schultz. “We saw an opportunity to bring the Corona experience to life and reach consumers during a key beer drinking occasion. By scaling the in-venue activations to multiple markets it allowed Corona Electric Beach to have a national presence, providing the perfect segue into larger scale EDM festivals.”

Corona Electric Beach launched in 2011 and has catapulted into success since its first series of events featuring Audien, Ummet Ozcan, Mat Zo, and The Chainsmokers. Over the past eight years, Corona Electric Beach has developed a platform and community that caters to and unites multicultural Millennials through EDM. Corona Electric Beach hosts pop-ups throughout the entire year inclusive of EDM festivals across the U.S.

In addition to its versatility and ability to bring music and the beach anywhere,
Corona Electric Beach’s ‘Road-to’ series in partnership with Electric Daisy Carnival and Spring Awakening Music Festival allows consumers to enjoy an exclusive preview of the music and talent leading up to each respective festival. The series also hosts a national DJ contest that provides aspiring talent a chance to play at the CEB festival stages and an ultimate festival fan flyway to Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, NV and Orlando, FL.

This year, Corona Electric Beach will be present at the largest EDM festivals across the country, including:
Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas (May 17th – 19th)
