 Copernicus Group IRB, a leading independent institutional review board, announces 4  additions to the team. These new hires symbolize CGIRB's commitment to excellence and ISO  9001 quality standards. 
 
  
            
			- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) August 11, 2010 - Copernicus Group IRB (CGIRB), a leading independent  institutional review board, is pleased to announce four additions to the team. As CGIRB  expands in 2010, these dedicated new hires will continue to uphold CGIRB's commitment to  excellence and mission - providing protection of the rights and welfare of research subjects  who participate in clinical trials.
 
 Bill Van Nostrand has joined the CGIRB team as the VP and Chief Business Development  Officer. Van Nostrand has a robust history of marketing and leadership and came to CGIRB  from Medical Marketing Solutions LLC, a strategic consulting business he ran for the past 5  years. Previously, he held senior executive positions at First Consulting Group and Dendrite  International. At CGIRB, he will oversee all business development and marketing activities  and service to clients within established company standards of excellence.
 
 CGIRB has also welcomed two new Regional Directors of Business Development, Tim Schuckman  and Marcie Goodale. Schuckman came to CGIRB from GLS (Global Language Solutions) where he  was the Global Director of Business Development. Goodale was the Director of Business  Development at ePharma Solutions. Schuckman and Goodale will work together to successfully  develop new business opportunities by innovating and expanding current business.
 
 Tita Jeter has been hired as the new Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance.  Jeter came to CGIRB from Duke Clinical Research Institute and recently completed Lean Six  Sigma Black Belt certification.  Her credentials, coupled with CGIRB's recent ISO 9001:2008  Certification, will add value to CGIRB's Quality Management System.
