"People typically don't think of food allergies as the cause when they're not feeling well over a period of time. With Dr. Coeytaux by my side, we're hoping to educate people on how to identify symptoms of a possible food allergy as well as foods that can cause inflammation," said Wyler. "Our goal is to help guide people to eat smarter and healthier so that they feel better and avoid developing some of the chronic diseases that develop over time, and thereby making themselves feel better."

Earlier this year, Wyler opened Triangle Nutritional Wellness as a complementary practice at Chapel Hill Doctors Integrative Health Center. Wyler works with the center to provide Triangle area patients with traditional and integrative medical nutrition therapy and dietary support. Her practice specifically addresses the following areas: prevention and management of chronic diseases, weight loss counseling, healthy aging, reducing acid reflux, blood sugar control and diabetes education, cancer support, and detoxification to address food allergies and intolerances.

Wyler received her Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During this time, she completed an advanced internship at Institute Gustave Roussy, one of the leading cancer research hospitals in France. Wyler also collaborated with Dr. Thomas Rau, a Swiss physician who practices biologic medicine, which excels at treating chronic degenerative and inflammatory diseases. In addition to her work at Triangle Nutritional Wellness, she is also an Adjunct Instructor in Nutrition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill at the Gillings School of Global Public Health.

Before becoming certified as a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist, Wyler was a nationally known food editor, most notably at Food & Wine magazine, and author as well as producer of numerous award-nominated, best-selling cookbooks.

Co-founder of Chapel Hill Doctors Integrative Health Center and a former Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar, Coeytaux is a board-certified family physician, who received his M.D. from Stanford Medical School and his Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health. Previously on faculty at the UNC-CH School of Medicine, he is now an Associate Professor at Duke University School of Medicine and a faculty member of the Duke Evidence-based Practice Center.
