Convene group meetings are held in cities throughout the North America and are exclusive to Convene members. Convene groups are led by skilled facilitators with solid business backgrounds and a mature faith.
Convene groups meet monthly to work on their businesses, and make a bigger impact in the lives of the people they touch. Each member also meets individually with their group leader (or Chair) in a One2One session that produces more results for the member and his or her business.

About Drew Hiss
Drew founded and was President of Checkdate Solutions, an outsourced provider of payroll and HR services that became one of the top 25 Payroll and HR Service firms in the nation and was ranked as one of Kansas City's Corporate Report 100 fastest growing companies for nine consecutive years and twice recognized as one KC's Top 10 Small Businesses of the Year by the Greater KC Chamber of Commerce.
In 2006, Checkdate merged with Paycor Inc. of Cincinnati, OH. Paycor now represents the largest privately held payroll service company in the US and the 4th largest overall, employing over 500 associates. Drew serves as a member of Paycor's Board and remains an investor and principal. Hiss also serves on the board for two other private KC area businesses.
Hiss holds dual degrees from The University of Kansas (Geology and MBA) and has provided a variety of consulting functions to a diverse range of business and charity organizations. Drew is involved with Young Life Kaw Valley as its Board Chair and is also the past Chair of the Board for Higher M-Pact, an outreach to high-risk inner city youth in Kansas City, MO.
Drew and his wife Sarah have been married for 22 years and have four teenage children. Drew enjoys cycling and spending time in the mountains with family snowboarding and hiking.
