  • Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV (1888PressRelease) November 11, 2010 - CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union has launched its 6th annual Warm Hearts Coat Drive at its Main, Harrisonburg and Front Royal, Virginia branches. During November and December, CommonWealth One will collect not only winter coats, but also scarves, mittens or gloves and hats from its members to donate to local shelters in the communities that it serves.

    Last year, CommonWealth One collected more than 50 coats and other winter clothing from its members and hopes to achieve more this year. Those items were donated to Rising Hope in Alexandria, VA, the Mercy House in Harrisonburg, VA and to House of Hope and C-Cap in Front Royal, VA.

    CommonWealth One has a strong commitment to supporting the communities we serve and the members who live there.
