Cheryl Reid's music video for "Move Your Sexy Body" is a dance fiend's delight. The main place the video takes place is in a club filled with various people. The song drives on the force for you to get up and dance. Cheryl is the main attraction, wearing clubbing clothes and sprouting beauty throughout the whole video.
There are also scenes where it is just Cheryl dancing along to her own words and emanating the power she has; showing women that they have the power of control over what is theirs which is their body and soul. Cheryl has said she wanted to inspire women to show off their power of their sexuality.
