    Carolyn Lee is the Managing Partner of Miller Mayer’s EB-5 practice group. She is Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)’s national EB-5 Committee. She has previously served as Vice-Chair and Chair. Carolyn's current advocacy focuses on long-term reauthorization of the EB-5 regional center program and workable reform. Carolyn represents Regional Centers, developers, funds, and investors. She has written numerous in-depth publications on "material change," the "at risk" requirement, and TEAs. Carolyn lectures widely on EB-5 issues and is recipient of numerous awards for excellence including the 2016 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business, the 2015 AILA Presidential Commendation, and the 2008 AILA Joseph Minsky Award.
