    About Cari Guthrie Cho
    Cari is a licensed social worker working in community mental health for over 30 years. She started her career on an inpatient psychiatric unit and then moved to community based programs. She received her MSW in 1995 and worked for Johns Hopkins Bayview Capitation Program for 3 years. She went to Threshold Services in 1997 and served in various administrative positions from Program Director to Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Cho implemented evidence based practices, including Integrated Treatment for Co-occurring Disorders, Motivational Interviewing, Supported Employment, and Stages of Change. In 2012, Threshold Services merged with St. Luke’s House and became Cornerstone Montgomery. Ms. Cho is the President and CEO. She is on the Board for the Maryland Behavioral Health Solutions provider network and Nonprofit Montgomery.
