- Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease) March 18, 2011 - Carefree Uniforms announced today that they will purchase CarefreeCasuals.com from Killer Apparel Group for an undisclosed sum of money.
Aaron Tucker, then president of Carefree Uniforms, originally founded CarefreeCasuals.com. When Mr. Tucker left Carefree Uniforms he founded Killer Apparel Group with CarefreeCasuals.com.
"The apparel market has been brutal" Lawrence Tucker, CEO of Carefree Uniforms was quoted as saying. " Bringing CarefreeCasuals.com back to Carefree Uniforms will give us the opportunity once again reconnect with our retail customers."
The purchase is expected to take place on March 18, 2011 with Carefree Uniforms taking full control of CarefreeCasuals.com.
