Cardinal Crown Limited appoints Jeremy Baxter as Chief Economist for Asia Pacific
KOWLOON - Cardinal Crown Limited today announced the immediate appointment of Jeremy Baxter as Chief Economist where he will be responsible for Asian economic research.
- (1888PressRelease) October 13, 2022 - Jeremy Baxter takes over from Kevin McDermott who had to retire from the firm due to ongoing health issues after his diagnosis with Covid-19 which he contracted ongoing viral issues.
Jeremy Baxter joins Cardinal Crown Limited from Australian institution, Commonwealth Bank and has over eight years of extensive Asian Economics and banking experience.
On his appointment, Jeremy Baxter said “First and foremost, my best wishes go out to Kevin and I hope he makes a speedy recovery. Having said that, I am delighted to be given the opportunity here at Cardinal Crown Limited. I had weighed up a few offers from other firms but when Cardinal Crown Limited came calling, I could not turn it down.
