Cambridge Classic Ford Hosts Blood Drive at their Ohio Dealership
Cambridge Classic Ford is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive at their Ohio Dealership on March 19, 2012.
- Canton-Massillon, OH (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2012 - Cambridge Classic Ford is looking forward to hosting an American Red Cross blood drive at their Zanesville area dealership. The drive will take place on Monday, March 19, 2012, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Anyone who is interested in donating blood to the Red Cross is welcome. Appointments can be made by calling 740-439-7767 or by scheduling an appointment online at http://www.redcross.org/. Donors must be healthy, at least 17 years old, and weigh at least 110 pounds.
First-time donors should bring their driver's license or two other forms of identification with them, as well as a list of any medications they are currently taking. Those who have donated before should bring their donor card. After checking in, each donor will receive a mini-physical, which consists of answering questions during a private and confidential interview as well has having temperature, hemoglobin, blood pressure, and pulse checked. Following the donation process, donors can spend a few minutes enjoying refreshments while their body adjusts.
Each gift of blood can help up to three people.
