Calivino Wine Pub in Anaheim, CA, announces new food and wine additions for the Holiday season.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) November 13, 2014 - Calivino Wine Pub has announced several new food and wine additions for the 2014 Holiday season, adding to its already successful menu lineup. Calivino will continue to offer a rotating selection of local craft beers on tap, 1/2 price bottles of wine on "Wine Wednesdays," and will feature live music starting November 15 and "Tuesday Trivia Nights" beginning November 18.
New items include:
Food:
- Seared Ahi Burger - Pepper crusted with asian slaw, mint, spicy aioli, hoisin sauce
- Caprese Sandwich - Open-faced, zebra heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic syrup, basil
- Jerk Wings - Jerk spice rub, honey glaze, pickled vegetables
- Chocolate Lava Cake - Coffee reduction, white chocolate nibs, whipped cream.
Wine:
- Robert Hall (Cabernet) - Black currant, hints of cedar, spice, and cocoa
- Cambria (Pinot Noir) - Rich red fruit, asian spices, and earthy tones
- Tormentoso (Mourvedre) - Cloves, leathery spice, and red fruit with a dry savory finish.
Calivino opened its doors May 10, 2014, and is conveniently located in Anaheim, CA, near Angel Stadium and The Honda Center. Founder Daniel Bradley built the wine pub concept from the ground up, enlisting accomplished chef Patrick Dale to lead a kitchen that complements an impressive wine and beer lineup with savory bites, entrees, and desserts.
