  • (1888PressRelease) December 01, 2021 - From the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to your homes, the gridlock of ships in the ports impacts all our lives.

Marold Studesville, CEO & Owner of Transport Financial Services, LLC in conjunction with Chaplain Gerald L. Johnson and Willis Transportation have a plan:

    • "Gives You What You Want," an efficient port with clear waterways and shelves filled with merchandise.
    • Provides an opportunity for my firm to exercise the skills that we've mastered in the transportation, and logistics operation.
    • Enable shippers, merchants to meet supply and demand to keep prices down.
    • Fixes the Ports Transportation, and Logistics operation problems following all the Safety Guidelines ascribed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and The Department of Transportation (DOT).

The first stage of the operation is to give neighborhoods back to the neighbors and eliminate the problem with storage of desperately needed containers and chassis left in the streets. It also brings revenue for the city by ticketing, towing, and impounding. Containers and chassis are never owned, so the owners are notified, and if no response is made, impose a levy, and sell for integration into the small home projects for the homeless.

Marold Studesville, Owner and CEO of Transport Financial Services, LLC (TFS) in Pensacola, FL. My company has a tenure of forty-seven (47) years in transportation with twelve (12) as a Surety Provider that serves as a centralized operation and the ONLY One-Stop-Shop for all transportation, and logistics services for brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.

The most relevant operation is where our job start is inside the ports, as far as responsibility. We are not locked into issues with the Port Authority, Long Shoremen, Customs, or Unions.

    Our job in logistics starts:
    • Assuring that all safety and compliant requirements are met for "Motor Carriers" (Truckers)
    • Vet Carriers through SAFER for qualification
    • Set-up routes for Truck Relay System for warehousing.
    • Assure that all contracts, and agreements “Guarantee” pay for all parties under TFS Auspices.

Once the container is swung off the ship onto the chassis, and loaded on the truck to exit (Point A) to Destination (Point B). We’ve identified three States bordering California (Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona plus international border with Mexico) for the most efficient relay system for better efficiency and provide the safest environment more loads being unloaded safely. TFS’s primary focus in this operation is to prove an efficient logistics operation, setting up a successful relay system, and the best system for moving trucks in and out of the ports safely We establish in-and-outbound trucks, and utilizing additional warehousing from our known resources. Some of the parameters are more stringent when the stuff swung over from one chassis to a rail car. Right now, they're starting to clear up some of it because this has been something that they've known the concerns we've listed in our logistics system and have failed to act on them.

TFS will be coordinating and managing the effort to clean up the neighborhoods, and want to discuss this plan with all media outlets to ensure clear communication of the plan that will be implementing.
