    Background on New Building Requirements:
Mandatory January 1, 2011 - CALGreen affects all new residential and commercial design and construction in the State of California.

This code mandates new requirements in new commercial and residential construction. These will impact architects, interior designers, engineers, specifiers, contractors, building departments and several other building professions.
Green Technology's CALGreen training, developed in partnership with the California Building Standards Commission and the Department of Housing and Community Development, has proven the most popular and effective introduction to this new code.

Addressing LEED and GreenPoint Rated: Seminars now include a comparison of CALGreen to LEED and GreenPoint Rated.

BONUS: A panel of local jurisdiction building officials will be on hand to answer questions as to the new code's enforcement.

CEUs provided for seminar attendance: 3 AIA, .3 ICC and 3 LEED (USGBC)
