Byron Pedersen of Instant Tax Solutions Announces Launch of Consumer Advocate Group
Instant Tax Solutions co-founder Byron Pedersen has helped establish a new consumer advocate group for the tax relief industry.

With that in mind, Byron Pedersen of Instant Tax Solutions recently announced his involvement in the formation of Tax Problem Resolution Services Coalition (TPRSC).
"There are so many consumers struggling in this tough economy," said Byron Pedersen of Instant Tax Solutions. Pedersen helped form Instant Tax Solutions as a tax relief organization built upon integrity and customer first. Byron Pedersen, in addition to co-founding Instant Tax Solutions, works daily with individuals dealing with back tax liability. "Instant Tax Solutions exists to bring tax relief to the everyday taxpayer," said Pedersen. The Tax Problem Resolution Services, according to the Instant Tax Solutions co-founder, will perform different functions. "First, the TPRSC will help educate consumers and protect them," explained Instant Tax Solutions' Pedersen. As well, said Byron Pedersen, the TPRSC will work with local and federal regulators to identify false advertising in the tax relief industry. The TPRSC will also respond to media inquiries concerning the industry. The Instant Tax Solutions co-founder says that he and many others in his industry have already witnessed the lacking in legal regulation. "As part of its charter, the Tax Problem Resolution Services is poised to propose new proposals for state and federal legislation to handle unscrupulous practices in our industry," Pedersen commented from his office at Instant Tax Solutions.
The TPRSC represents a broad spectrum of industry professionals, according to Byron Pedersen. "We already have thirty-five members ranging from tax groups like Instant Tax Solutions to other industry professionals including CPAs and tax attorneys," noted Pedersen. And according to the Instant Tax Solutions co-founder, the founders and new members simply want "to restore integrity and consumer confidence in our industry." The TPRSC wants consumers to be informed and stop paying for services that offer fraudulent promises. "Our goal," said the Instant Tax Solutions professional, "is to create greater transparency and provide the best services and redress for the everyday taxpayer."
