The company provides hosted IP and complete business telephone systems, integrated communications and full IT solutions plus a dedicated Print solutions sector.

    January brought a positive review of the company's corporate accounts and early solid growth. Despite the challenging economic conditions many other UK firms have struggled with, SynergyPlus moved forward in a pattern to be repeated throughout the year. More new clients took up services including hosted IP; strategic reviews of their business telephone systems; plus print and a huge range of business critical IT solutions. In February the company signed a partnership with industry-leading data provider Exponential-e.

    The Internet is due to change from IPv4 to the new IPv6, yet only some 8% of European providers of Internet services are actually certifiably ready to connect to IPv6. Exponential-e are among the very few awarded 4 stars for Internet Readiness for the new version. In March, SynergyPlus then won a BT Wholesale IP Voice Services award for the most SIP Trunks deployed. BT Wholesale is the largest wholesale communications company in Europe.

    By April, all Q1 targets had been achieved in accordance with budgets. The team were then on the move in May, relocating to new offices in Endeavour House, New Barnet, North London. The move was a success, with the company now ideally positioned with rapid access into central London areas. June saw global technology high innovators Toshiba added to the Print Solutions division. With a global network of some 204,000 employees worldwide and annual sales of $68 billion, "Toshiba was a natural choice".

    In July, SynergyPlus were awarded the task of implementing a full turnkey solution for new the Printworks premises of a major daily press publishing company. The team were chosen for the task at the Luton-based primary southern Printworks for Northern and Shell, owner of both the Daily Express and Daily Star. In August TAG Europe chose Synergy Plus to provide their business critical SIP services. The group is the world' largest independent specialist marketing agency across all channels, handling some of the biggest global consumer and B2B brands today.

    September saw Q3 targets at 105% and the appointment of Alex Pringsheim as Head of Business Development. With noteworthy success in previous positions at Accident Helpline and Dial-A-Phone among others, Alex set about building a team of Business Development Professionals to take SynergyPlus into 2012 and beyond.

    By October, 7 new starters had already joined the company in varying roles and the closing months of the year brought the completion of the Northern and Shell Luton Printoworks project on time and on budget. It also saw Q4 targets achieved a whole month early, with the company looking forward to moving strongly into 2012. Leon Penny of SynergyPlus says:
