    "Current Issues in Federal Contract Work" is a daylong program focused on successful competition and execution of federal government contracts, specifically for law firms and small businesses. The informational program is most beneficial for small business owners and veterans looking to contract services with the federal government, as well as attorneys serving clients with government contracts.

    Richard Busch will open the seminar with a welcome and introduction, followed by his program "Federal Government Contracts: Overview from 30,000 Feet." In that session, Busch will provide attendees with an understanding of the federal government contract process, along with best practices. Later in the day, he will also discuss navigating the ethical boundaries of obtaining and executing government contracts during his lecture, "The Ethics of Working with the Federal Government: Traps for the Unwary."
