Ill served as a project and engineering manager in various functions within Buhler's food processing division and also man-aged complex large-scale projects worldwide. In 2005, Ill moved to corporate sales and service management where he helped build the company's presence in Asia and Africa before heading the Europe region. Most recently, Ill led the automation and logistics departments for Bühler Group working from Uzwil, Switzerland.
