  • Tucson, AZ (1888PressRelease) May 24, 2011 - Announced today, http://bscenelive.com has decided to make a run to print. With over 20 writers and photographers, no one in the Tucson metro area reports on the live music scene like BSceneLive. Their tireless efforts over the past 19 months have made BSceneLive a household name and fixture in the Tucson music scene.

Recently, major promoters in Tucson have acknowledged BSceneLive's influence by providing them with press credentials and photo passes. Some of the more notable shows were KFMA Day, Beyond The Sacred Music & Arts Festival, AVA Amphitheater and Tucson Rock Alliance's 420 and Cinco De Mayo Festivals. Gregg Ziekert, the publisher behind BSceneLive states "Tucson has a vibrant music scene that is undiscovered and under reported. Print is not a dead media but a part of a bigger approach." Gregg's dream is to provide Tucson musicians and music venues a voice to the community and to provide the community the information they desire.

Armed with a love of music and their hometown, the staff of BSceneLive hit the streets every night talking with the people that make music. Their commitment and motivation is to be of service to their community. "No one is making money here. We work to fill a need we see in our community and if our community values our work, they will support it." GZ.

While this is not a groundbreaking topic, the organization behind it is evolutionary. Utilizing the web, social media, video, print and face to face PR, BSceneLive fills a community with the art of music.

BSceneLive will be available in June 2011 online at http://bscenelive.com and on newsstands through Tucson mid July 2011.
