  • New York, NY (1888PressRelease) January 17, 2022 - Breaking Taboo, a non-profit focused on education and advocacy around issues of mental health, has announced Breaking Taboo Week – its first annual campaign dedicated to promoting and educating the public about the importance of Self-Love – will take place January 24-30. The objectives of Breaking Taboo Week are to impart valuable tips for practicing Self-Love via daily self-care activities and to build an understanding of how Self-Love can contribute to mental and physical well-being. Each day throughout Breaking Taboo Week is devoted to a specific theme:

    • Monday, January 24 – Mental Health Day
    • Tuesday, January 25 – Self Reflection Day
    • Wednesday, January 26 – Feel Your Emotions Day
    • Thursday, January 27 – Self Forgiveness Day
    • Friday, January 28 – Self Acknowledgement Day
    • Saturday, January 29 – Physical Health Day
    • Sunday, January 30 – Do Your Favorite Thing Day
