The changes include modifying the menu to offer social food with over 80% of the items at $10 or under, adding TV's and relocating a projection screen, converting a majority of the tables to high tops, and the addition of several high definition video and arcade games. "The feedback has been tremendous as our guests enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and large selection of screens to catch their favorite sports action" say Angel.

    Sparians is open for dinner daily, lunch Thursday-Sunday and Happy Hour Monday through Friday 4:00pm-7:00pm featuring menu items from $3 to $6. The menu offers the well-regarded wings and other sharable appetizers, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and desserts.

    Sparians has been open in Midtown Raleigh since December 2010 and hosted over 250,000 customer visits, 3,000 group events and various celebrities and professional athletes. They employ 80 part and full time employees.
