  • Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) June 13, 2013 - Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the newly-built office building that serves as International Finance Bank's (IFB) corporate headquarters in Miami. The 51,600 square foot, Class A IFB Center is located at 777 SW 37th Avenue in the City of Miami, at the entrance to Coral Gables.

    Andres del Corral and Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate will lead the marketing and leasing for IFB Center. The new assignment brings the firm's total agency leasing portfolio to 3.4 million rentable square feet of office space in Miami-Dade County.

    Approximately 25,500 square feet of office space is available for lease within the building, including 11,500 square feet of contiguous space on the building's 6th floor, as well as 14,000 square feet on the 5th floor, which includes the exclusive use of a large landscaped terrace.
