  • Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) April 23, 2013 - Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Brickell Bayview Centre, a 33-story office tower located at 80 SW 8th Street in the heart of Downtown Miami's Brickell District. The 285,595 square foot office tower is situated between SW 8th and 9th Streets at SW 1st Avenue, neighboring The Shops at Mary Brickell Village and the mixed-use Brickell CityCentre project now underway. It is the only high-rise office building in the Brickell area conveniently located across the street from a Metrorail station - the Brickell Metrorail Station at SW 1st Avenue, which now provides rail access to and from Miami International Airport.

    News of the Blanca Commercial Real Estate assignment follows the asset's recent purchase by a joint venture between Banyan Street Capital, LLC and Crocker Partners.
