BioLabShare, LLC's mission is to address the affordable wet labs and office space shortage for biotechnology, life sciences, and health technology firms and the challenges associated with the lack of diversity within those fields. The company’s vision will be to build a coworker and coliving scientific community located in Huntsville, Alabama named the Drs. Aline and Caryll Dormer Science Research Park where biotechnology, life sciences, and health technology entrepreneurs can thrive while providing student internships and partnering with colleges/universities with programs that promote diversity in biotechnology, life sciences, and health technology. This seed round is scheduled to end in July 2024.

    The purpose of the fund will be to continue the process of building the Drs. Aline and Caryll Dormer Science Research Park which has commenced. The goal will be to build 10 duplexes (20 units)(~$2,500,000) that will house the scientist and the other personnel who will work within the bioincubator. In addition, the funds will be used to facilitate the company’s goal to go public via an OTC QB IPO in Q1 2025 to raise $7,000,000. That raise will allow the company to complete the building of the 40,000 square feet Niels Dormer Health and Wellness Center (~$4,000,000) and the ~15,000 square feet BioLabShare Bioincubator (~$4,500,000). The Health and Wellness Center will also house our K-20 STEM Outreach Center.

    In addition, BioLabShare will work with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to provide those institutions with student internships and faculty fellowships. BioLabShare plans to provide internships that will introduce students of diverse backgrounds to the field of biotechnology, life sciences, and health technology and to assist faculty in higher education to engage in patentable and commercialized bioresearch diagnostic and therapeutics research within our bioincubator facility.

    Our $3,000,000 fundraising campaign is being coordinated by Savvy Social.
