Kriplani will be joined by Debra Seefeld, CPA, CFE (audit and accounting partner for Seefeld Lawson Moeller LLP) and Elizabeth Adams, CPA (principal for Links Advisory), as they discuss how cloud-based technology can reduce the time and costs associated with bill pay.

    Sanjeev Kriplani, SVP of marketing and growth for Bill.com, has more than 20 years of experience in SMB financial software and payments solutions, leading teams in marketing, product management, and general management roles.

    Prior to Bill.com, Sanjeev led Global Digital Marketing for PayPal, where he managed teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia while materially increasing marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Before PayPal, Sanjeev was the founder and CEO of Inzap, which he ultimately sold. Inzap provided a web-based accounts receivable lending and digital marketing platform linking small businesses and financial institutions. Prior to Inzap, Sanjeev held several positions at Intuit, starting as one of the first product managers of QuickBooks before he led the development and launch of several new SMB financial products for the company. Sanjeev graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. Sanjeev enjoys trying new restaurants in San Francisco, hiking, and traveling.

    Debra Seefeld, CPA, CFE is the audit and accounting partner with Seefeld Lawson Moeller LLP located in The Woodlands, Texas in the Greater Houston metropolitan area. Her practice focuses on not-for-profit organizations. Debra has been in public accounting for 19 years. She currently serves on the AICPA Peer Review Board, the board of directors of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Executive Committee of the Houston CPA Society. Debra has been conducting peer reviews since 2001 and joined the Peer Review Committee of the Texas Society of CPAs in 2011. Debra speaks at regional and local conferences on a variety of topics to other professionals. She has taught on a volunteer basis her CPE course "How to Survive the Peer Review Process" at state CPA chapters and conferences throughout Texas. Debra is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). In addition, she serves on the AICPA PCPS Editorial Advisory Group and the PPC/Thomson Reuters Customer Advisory Panel. She served on the AICPA and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants ElderCare/PrimePlus Taskforce. Debra is the founding president of Executive Women's Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of professional women. The main focus of this not-for-profit is to provide career enhancement and leadership opportunities for members and education outreach programs to young women ("at-risk" high school students). Debra received the 2013 "Women of Distinction" award from the Montgomery County Women's Council.

    Elizabeth Adams manages Dallas-based consulting firm Links Advisory, offering outsourced controller and CFO services for emerging companies with ten or fewer employees. Elizabeth and her team help business owners use their financial data to make real-time, informed management decisions by implementing and supporting the best cloud tools on the market such a Xero, Bill.com, Harvest, and ZenPayroll. Elizabeth also runs an online training platform called acctng.com, which offers classes and resources to first-time entrepreneurs. As a CPA, Elizabeth has a strong background in audit and accounting services. She spent several years in the audit groups at Ernst & Young as well as a local Dallas firm recently acquired by TravisWolff Elizabeth is a member of the Junior League of Dallas and an active participant in the local startup community.
