The ACE program is described as mutually beneficial relationships between IIT students and Chicago-based businesses. The students gain valuable, unpaid, on-the-job work experience from a variety of industries which prepare the students for future internships and full-time jobs while the companies benefit from having bright, motivated students assisting them with various projects. The first-year graduate students are perusing the following degrees: Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, M.S. Finance, M.S. Environmental Management and Sustainability, M.S. Marketing Communication or a Master of Mathematical Finance.

"We are so excited to be participating in the ACE program this year," said Peter Wang, Director of Marketing for BestMassage.com. "We look forward to having the students help us with several projects and we hope that they can walk away with skills that will aid them in the job force." This is the first year that BestMassage.com is participating in the ACE program. "This is an experiment for us," said Wang. "We believe in the program and we are hoping that it goes as well as we expect. We also anticipate continuing working with IIT students in the ACE program next year as well.
