  • Sacramento, CA (1888PressRelease) March 28, 2012 - Sonic Edge announced today the launch of its new website at www.sonicedgeinc.com , along with a brand new blog and video contest to kick things off.

The Sonic Edge line consists of four models, the J&J Overdrive, the Tumbleweed compressor, the Fluffer signal buffer and the new FXUL8TR external effects loop. "We've been having many conversations with our great customers who've incorporated Sonic Edge pedals into their practicing, recording and performing rigs. We decided to start our blog to bring this conversation online, to include everyone in the exciting ideas that have been generated" says Ben Fargen, founder and President. "We'd like to thank Rae Visita of Kasama Media, for all of her work on the site."

Sonic Edge is kicking-off the new website with its "Meet Me on YouTube" contest. "With our fourteen years building Fargen amplifiers, and now two years building Sonic Edge pedals, we've met players at all levels who have two things in common - they demand the highest in quality and the purest tone. It's time for everyone to show us what they got" says Fargen. Sonic Edge is inviting players/bands to submit their videos. The top entry as rated by Sonic Edge's Twitter and facebook fan base will receive a complete collection of Sonic Edge pedals; second and third place winners will receive their choice of a pedal. There is no purchase necessary and the contest will run through May 1, 2012. The winners will be announced via the Sonic Edge blog. Contest rules and instructions are now available at http://www.sonicedgeinc.com/2012/03/27/enter-the-sonic-edge-meet-me-on-youtube-contest/
