    Wallace, who joins as a partner, represents companies in all aspects of employment law in both state and federal matters. He defends clients against claims involving discrimination based on age, disability, wage and sex; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Equal Pay Act; the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); and allegations of sexual harassment. Wallace also defends employers who are nonsubscribers to the Texas Workers' Compensation Act against personal injury suits. His clients include Nordstrom, Inc., Dilliard's, Inc., Baylor Healthcare System, Best Buy Stores, Inc., Monitronics Inc., Affiliated Foods Inc., Hooters, Domino's Pizza, Union Standard Insurance and Berkley Insurance, among others.

    Active in the legal community, Wallace is a member of the State Bar of Texas's Labor and Employment Law and Litigation sections and the American Bar Association's Arbitration and Employment Law sections. A frequent author, he has written numerous articles on employment law and is a past speaker for the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Law (J.D., 1988) and Washington and Lee University (B.A., 1985).

    Jackson, who joins as an associate, represents companies in labor and employment matters involving both federal and state laws. Particularly experienced defending against allegations of discrimination based on gender, natural origin, pregnancy and religion, she also tackles the full complement of employment issues, nonsubscriber negligence, products liability and commercial disputes.

    Jackson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law (J.D., 2008) where she gave back to the community as a member its Consumer Advocacy Project - a clinic that reaches bilingual members of the Dallas area Hispanic community to provide legal resources for resolving consumer complaints. She also earned her undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University (2005). Active professionally, Jackson is a member of both the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
