BDC and BATMAN TECHNOLOGY Sign Cooperation Agreement for 15-Day Youth Training in Amman
The agreement will provide Tariqi participants with a 15-day practical workplace placement focused on professional tasks, deadlines, quality standards and communication.
- (1888PressRelease) September 22, 2026 - AMMAN, Jordan - The Business Development Center (BDC) and BATMAN TECHNOLOGY have signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen practical training opportunities for young people and graduates and support their readiness for labor-market requirements. The agreement is being implemented within BDC’s Tariqi Programme and provides for a 15-day practical training period at BATMAN TECHNOLOGY’s premises in Amman. Participants will gain direct exposure to a professional workplace and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
The training will cover workplace tasks and projects, work-management procedures, meeting deadlines, quality of delivery, professional communication, and responding to project and client requirements. The objective is to give participants a more realistic understanding of day-to-day professional responsibilities and strengthen their practical experience.
BATMAN TECHNOLOGY was represented in the agreement by ASSEM AL-QEISI, alongside Ruba Al-Labadi, HR & Vice General Manager. The cooperation focuses on providing participants with practical exposure that complements academic and technical preparation.
The agreement forms part of wider efforts to strengthen cooperation between youth-development programmes and private-sector companies in Jordan. The 15-day placement will focus on workplace experience, professional responsibilities and the practical application of skills in an operating business environment.
