  • (1888PressRelease) July 12, 2018 - Bangkok, Thailand - Headlining the first event on 22 July will be BASIC TEEORY. Founded by Tee - Worachai Siriwipinan, the company designs jewellery for women, but unlike many other designers who source the finest diamonds and other precious gems, Tee finds his inspiration from waste. The handcrafted reused paper bead jewellery is his way of taking a common material and transforming it into something absolutely uncommon – something exceptional. And as everything is made by hand, each piece is totally unique to its owner.

BASIC TEEORY will be joined at the Sunday brunch fashion show by one of the world’s most famous and popular cosmetic companies - MAC Cosmetics.

After each show, the designer will have a pop-up store in the lobby so that guests can chat with the artist, learn more about his innovative work and make purchases.

Mr. Bjorn Richardson, General Manager, 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok, said, “We are very proud to be able to give these upcoming and extremely talented artists a venue to promote their work. It’s a win, win, as many of our guests, especially those from overseas, may not have heard of BASIC TEEORY so as he opens up potential new markets we also elevate our guest’s experience of Thailand. Plus, it’s going to make the brunch even more exciting!”

Bangkok Trading Post is offering a free flow of red and white Réserve St Martin Languedoc-Rousillon French wine from Italthai together with sumptuous food such as scallops, crab, lobsters, oysters, wagyu beef, lamb, foie gras, tuna, salmon and so very much more.

The perfect brunch experience would not be complete without some music to add to the fun and family-friendly ambiance, and a live band will also be performing on the mezzanine level of the restaurant.

Sunday Brunch at Bangkok Trading Post with BASIC TEEORY will take place on 22 July between 12 noon and 3 pm, with the fashion show starting at 1 pm.

The price of the Sunday Brunch at Bangkok Trading Post with free flow of wine is THB 2,990++ and THB 1,990++ with a free flow of soft drinks and juices. There is a 50% discount for children aged between 6 and 12.
