    The Baruch S. Blumberg Institute, the research arm of the Hepatitis B Foundation, will host the 15th Annual Regional Biotech Conference, themed "Decreasing the Cost of Drug Development," at its headquarters at the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. More than 100 of the area's life science and biotechnology leaders will meet to learn more about reducing drug developments costs and share success stories and biotech opportunities. Registration is open and costs $75, which includes breakfast and lunch. This year's Presenting Sponsor is Univest Bank and Trust Co.
