  • Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) August 13, 2012 - Bail Hotline Bail Bonds, servicing clients throughout California with comprehensive bail bonds services and assistance, announced its 1st Annual "1000 Backpacks Giveaway," in which the company gives free backpacks to inner-city elementary school students, in the Los Angeles area.

On Wednesday, August 15th at 3:00 p.m. team members from Bail Hotline will gather at the park next to The Hollenbeck Recreation Center in Los Angeles (415 South Saint Louis St.) to distribute the 1000 backpacks at 3:00 p.m., in accordance with nearby schools' scheduled dismissal times.

"We are both grateful and excited to be able to give out over 1000 backpacks to students in Los Angeles," said Marco McGuire, CEO of Bail Hotline Bail Bonds. "After two successful years hosting this event in San Diego and San Bernardino, we're making this year the biggest yet with backpack giveaways in two other California cities, near Bail Hotline offices."

During the 2010 and 2011 giveaways in San Diego and San Bernardino, all 1000 backpacks were gone within less than an hour.

"With help from Hollenbeck Recreation Center, our team has been able to get the word out to the community surrounding the elementary schools about this event," added McGuire. "Bail Hotline has always placed a strong value on our local impact as part of the community and will continue striving to make that impact even greater."

According to The Hollenbeck Recreation Center's website, the organization creates opportunities for inner-city youth to participate in athletic, educational, cultural and community enrichment programs - building confidence and self esteem in today's youth for a brighter tomorrow.

Bail Hotline Bail Bonds is actively involved in the community, carrying out monthly community service efforts and outreach events.
