  • (1888PressRelease) November 07, 2017 - WELLESLEY, MA – Too much of one thing can be counterproductive to achieving new levels of fitness, which is why B/SPOKE, the lifestyle brand founded by two Massachusetts entrepreneurs, today announced a new concept at their Wellesley studio called “The Training Lab,” which will host a variety of innovative group fitness classes. Beginning November 4th, 2017, The Lab will introduce its first signature class “TRAIN” available each day at the Wellesley studio located at 50 Central St. With the addition of The Training Lab and TRAIN, B/SPOKE continues to evolve as a fitness leader and change the way Boston sweats, offering more opportunities for those looking for a fitness experience that is unrivaled.

“As the industry continues to evolve, clients want more variety in their fitness routines, which is why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Training Lab in Wellesley and its first marquee class,” said Mark Partin, Co-Founder of B/SPOKE. “Similar to our popular R/DE class, TRAIN will focus on movements matched to music that will build strength across all major body systems.”

“As part of our development of TRAIN, we consulted with some of the top fitness experts in the area, including Ali Roshankish of Roshankish Krav Maga and Martial Arts Center, Rachel Cossar, Professional Ballet dancer and founder of Choreography For Business, and Moise Theosmy, Personal Trainer,” said Ryan Olsen, Co-Founder of B/SPOKE. “The class blends a range of techniques and methods from proven fitness modalities, everything from Pilates to Martial Arts, to achieve long-lasting results and health benefits.”

Set to an ever-evolving beat-thumping playlist, TRAIN is a high intensity off-the-bike class that is both physically and mentally challenging for a full 50-minutes. The fitness leaders at B/SPOKE pulled specific techniques and methods from a variety of fitness disciplines to develop TRAIN, which is designed to build strength, reduce the risk of injury, and improve mobility while reducing anxiety and stress. Throughout the class, guests will be challenged by interval and resistance training, body weight exercises, anaerobic bursts and more.

To celebrate the new class, B/SPOKE will offer a FREE Launch 3-pack of TRAIN classes for free through the end of the year. To sign up for the weekend launch classes, please email hello ( @ ) bspokestudios dot com dot Class signups are available on www dot bspokestudios dot com dot
