    Certified executive pastry chef Alain Braux has worked in the food industry for more than 40 years. From baking a 600-person cake for Lena Horne's 65th birthday to making cakes for Hollywood movies, he also owned his own French bakery and café in Austin. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in holistic nutrition, is a certified executive pastry chef with the American Culinary Federation and a certified master baker with the Retail Bakers of America. He is the recipient of two gold and three silver medals in food competitions.
