Ms. Burch also received the Star Volunteer award at the annual membership meeting where one Board member is recognized for extraordinary service to the NCHC.

    The North Carolina Horse Council (NCHC) was formed in 1972 as a Non-Profit 501 (c) (5) Corporation by a group of concerned horse owners.
