  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) July 24, 2010 - AT&T Wireless has signed a lease for 3,000 square feet at Somerville Circle Shopping Center, in Raritan, NJ, announced Levin Management Corporation, retail leasing and managing agent for the recently renovated 157,000-square-foot property. With the signing, the shopping center is now 100% leased.

    "Somerville Circle Shopping Center has been a retail mainstay in its market for many years," said Ethan Goldsmith, leasing representative, Levin Management. "This new tenant, offering cutting edge consumer technology, will certainly help it retain that position."

    AT&T Wireless, represented in the transaction by Jason Pierson of CB Richard Ellis, joins a tenant roster anchored by Staples, P.C. Richard, Petco and Toys 'R' Us. The center's strong mix of tenants also includes Panera Bread, Mandee, Five Below, PNC Bank, Harmon Discount, and Burger King.

    Located directly on the Somerville Circle where Routes 202 and 28 intersect, near I-287 and I-78, the shopping center has a daily traffic count of more than 50,000 vehicles. The growing five-mile population is nearly 107,000 with a median household income of $90,850 and an average household income of $123,256.
