Assassination City Roller Derby Announces the Looks that Kill

  • Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) April 08, 2011 - With over 2,100 fans in attendance at its first bout at Fair Park, Assassination City Roller Derby is excited to present The Looks that Kill on April 16, the second double-header of its 2011 home season. This exciting evening will feature the Lone Star Assassins facing off against La Revolucion and the Bombshell Brigade against the Deadly Kennedys.

    With the kinks from their first bout at the new venue worked out, the league promises smoother traffic flow, easier access to concessions and vendors, and an abundance of beer.

    The halftime show will feature live music by K.C.F. And don't forget the world-famous Assassination City Roller Derby after party immediately following the bout, only at Lee Harvey's (1807 Gould Street, Dallas, 75215).

    Tickets can be purchased in advance for $18 for floor/VIP seating or $15 for stadium seating online at www.acderby.com or at Pluckers on Greenville and Lovers, The Bone in Deep Ellum and Dad's Broadway Skateland in Mesquite. Tickets can also be purchased at the Fair Park Box Office after 3:00 p.m. on the day of the bout for $20 for floor/VIP seating or $17 for stadium seating.

    The Fair Park Coliseum is located at 1438 Coliseum Drive, Dallas, TX 75210. On bout days, doors open at 5:15 p.m. and bouts begin at 6:00 p.m.
