Anton Williams Holding Company of Kalamazoo is incorporating functions of a subsidiary into a new real estate division
- Grand Rapids-Muskegon-Holland, MI (1888PressRelease) July 06, 2025 - The Anton Williams Holding Company of Kalamazoo is launching a new real estate division in Grand Rapids that will incorporate parts of a subsidiary into order to boost the operations of several of its portfolios. The new real estate division will include derivatives trading as a part of its operations for both acquisitions and day to day functions. The derivative portfolio includes equity products such as S&P 500 Index, Gold, Oil, Natural Gas and currencies such as the Euro.
The real estate portfolio will include a range of assets from commercial and residential buildings to real estate linked investments. The new division is existed to be operational in Q3 2025
The company owner, Anton R Williams of Kalamazoo MI is a 9th-generation business owner. The initial real estate businesses were founded by his forebear, David Williams of England who migrated to the Natchez Mississippi region in the mid 1700s and acquired over 10,000 acres. His lineage also includes Archie P. Williams who was a mixed-race millionaire slave owner in the mid-1800s who got the family involved in the oil and gas industry in the early 1900s. Anton Williams Holding Company is an expansion from the legacy real estate, timber, oil, and gas businesses. There are branches in Grand Rapids MI and Tampa FL. The subsidiaries include Anton Williams Ventures, Anton Williams Renewable Energy Co and GMNF Global Mission Society.
