Andrew has been an executive recruiter since 1993 working as a strategic partner for demanding customers across an extensive range of sectors, in the UK and internationally.
He's recruited from board and senior manager level across most business functions and sectors having particular experience within professional and business services and production including health and medical equipment, aerospace and defence, technology and food processing.
Andrew also has considerable HR consulting experience including designing and delivering assessment centres and training assessors. He is fully qualified to deliver and feedback on a range of psychometric instruments for both selection and development.
Andrew enjoys most sports, especially cycling, rugby union and football. He successfully completed a 1,000 mile cycle ride across Britain in 06 2011 raising £2,500 for MacMillan Cancer Relief. He is an active 'outdoors enthusiast' having particular desire for hill-walking, viewing and photographing birds and in exploring and helping to preserve Britain's rich commercial archaeology.
