Previously, Bill Huber led IBM's Sourcing Managed Services portfolio of more than 30 external customers. In this role Bill had global responsibility for leading the client sourcing team comprised of consulting managers, outsourcing consultants and global category strategy leaders.

Prior to IBM, Bill was a partner in ISG's (formerly TPI), Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), vertical. In this role, Bill was responsible for both business development and delivery of strategic advisory services in the areas of SG&A and operational transformation. Bill also served as a trusted advisor to the world's largest corporations and led ISG's procurement and vendor management practice.

Bill holds degrees from Dartmouth and the University of Bridgeport.

Huber's areas of expertise include sourcing strategies, shared services, international contracting, IT contracting and contract negotiations.
