    This prestige Cumberland, Maryland property was rebranded as Ramada Cumberland Downtown from a Holiday Inn hotel. AllCity Hospitality completed its purchase of the 130 room, six floor hotel back in March 18th 2014 and an official announcement by AllCity Hospitality was declared this month.

    In February 2013, AllCity Hospitality acquired Ramada Greensburg Hotel and Conference Center of Greensburg, Pennsylvania-its very first hotel purchase. Since then, the hotel has shown continuous business growth and increases in ADR and revpar under AllCity management. Much like the Ramada Cumberland Downtown, the 146 room Ramada Greensburg Hotel was also rebranded from a previous hotel line-the Four Points by Sheraton Greensburg.

    "We have remained both aggressive and efficient with our efforts in increasing business in hospitality throughout the United States," Sunny Chopra and Harry Bhavnani, AllCity Hospitalitys' management, said.

    AllCity Hospitality aims to continue its services in the hotel business nationwide. "Our current plans are to purchase and rebrand six to eight new hotels in varying cities within the upcoming months," Chopra and Bhavnani said. "We're researching now and are more than confident that our goals will be met in the near future."
