On June 17th, 2019, ALD Group Limited launched a brand new automated production line. It has been designed since Oct 2018, experiencing eight months in perfecting and verifying, and was delivered successfully.

It is reported that this new automated production line is equipped with the most advanced automation equipment in the industry, possessing a very high automation level in the e-cigarette industry. Compared with the traditional producing method: hand made with simple tools, automated production can significantly decrease the labor fee, and the producing efficiency can be increased by more than 50%. The operation of the new automated production line demonstrates the phased achievements attained by ALD Group Limited, marking the critical step took by ALD to be at a leading edge of the automated production industry.

The third factory has been opened; the fourth factory is constructing
According to the senior executives of ALD, the third factory with a 5000 square production space has been constructed and operated. The fourth factory with a planning production space of 10,000 square meters is currently under construction at a rapid speed. With abundant experience in building the third factory, the automated production line will be launched in the fourth factory, and it will be up and running on Sept 2019. By that time, an over 40,000 square meters production space of ALD manufacture center will be initially upgraded to automated production. The monthly vaporizer production capacity will reach over 30 million, which is as twice as the production capacity of 2018.
